Exercise in Citizenship

A series of events on university campus: a political power student manifestation, a ceremony, a demonstration, public behavior drills and a lecture with Dr. Igal Dotan and Carusella - a hard rock band.

The action tracks the different possibilities for contact, movement and exchange of ideas that the university offers and allows. Exercise in Citizenship combines a series of different situations including the public, which are formed and performed in the course of an hour and a half in the main gate, the lawns, the central library square, Beit Hatfutzot (The Museum of the Jewish People) and a lecture hall in the Faculty of Humanities. During the action, different scenarios of public assembly are realized in the university.
A new Public Movement university cell was formed in the months prior to the event, and its members took active part in the actions, which were concluded each night with an open gathering of all the participants, for drinks and discussions following the exercise.
